Connection to all our services is intermittent at the moment due to a networking issue at the data center. Engineering at the data center are currently working to resolve this. Update: The issue has been resolved.
Due to a hardware fault reported to us on one of our nodes we had to migrate the containers to a new node to maintain the data integrity of the containers hosted on this node. The issue was identified at 12:30pm and the migration started at 1pm. Starting the containers
Our UK provider has identified a network fault at the UK based DataCenter. Current Status: Network fault identified, engineers on-site and working to address it asap. We are currently investigating reports of connectivity issues at our London 3 Datacenter, we are liaising with DC staff to get the issue resolved
We will be carrying out updates to our cloud platform infrastructure starting on Friday 20th July to Wed 26th July. Updates will be completed outside of business hours. Some services will be affected as reboots are carried out, these will be kept to a minimum.
